Empowered Behavior Solutions is a team of highly skilled bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analysts who focus on changing lives, one behavior at a time.
Empowered Behavior Solutions supports families and other professionals in the field by teaching evidence-based strategies and continued support via teletherapy, parent education, RBT supervision, and BCBA exam tutoring. Much more importantly, we do this with high commitment, cultural sensitivity, and person-centered planning.
At Empowered Behavior Solutions, we understand that it is difficult for a parent to support their child and/or family member if they are not equipped with vital tools. Therefore, we emphasize greatly on parent education. We believe it is vital that parents are trained on evidence-based strategies and are fully supported throughout their experience with us. As parents, we understand the importance of teaching our children life long skills such as safety skills, communication, behavior management, independent living skills, social skills, etc.
Clinical Team
Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Our BCBAs oversee our clients’ programs and ensure treatment integrity by providing on-going supervision to behavior technicians, supporting clients and families, and collaborating with other service providers and the IEP team.
Behavior Technicians
Our Behavior Technicians provide direct intervention services to clients and provide support to families under the supervision of our Behavior Analysts.
